Next Full Class is Saturday May the 8th..Starts at 9.30 at the Bethania Community Center opposite the Bethania Railway station in Bethania. Station rd. Finish time is around 1.30pm. Includes lunch.

An introduction to sour dough cooking covering the culture, dough making and basic quick breads that are easy to digest, nutritious, fun to make and can save families $$. Includes a 30 minute slide presentation covering basic principals and why sour dough is so good for you, even if you are gluten sensitive!  Only $5.00/person
