Details: These group classes are designed to enable our clients to become skillful in healthy cooking. Learning as a group is a fun way to learn, and we offer a discounted price for group learning. This 4 hour sourdough class will cover all aspects of sourdough cooking including flat breads, snackfoods, loaves, buns, and pizza. It will include a 30 minute seminar covering the benefits of this way of preparing grains, and is especially useful for those with gut issues.
